Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.
- Manage and maintain the company’s brand presence across all social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement through Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Create and produce engaging content (including short-form video) and collaborate on high-quality marketing assets from concept through distribution.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns, increase engagement, and drive growth.
- Support marketing efforts in new residential developments, including campaign execution and relationship-building with local stakeholders.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral and targeted campaigns aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Stay current on market trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Assist with broader marketing initiatives, including events, digital advertising, email campaigns, and content development, while capturing on-site media as needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to increase engagement, followers, and sales.
- Attend company events across Middle Tennessee to capture photo and video content for marketing use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; and/or equivalent professional experience required.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva.
- Experience with social media management and content storytelling.
- Experience in video production.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or 3 years of professional experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- 3 years of professional experience using Canva.
- Experience with social media marketing, greenfield marketing, or marketing collateral development.
- Experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Experience working in a creative marketing agency.
- Experience managing third-party marketing vendors.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
