United Commercial Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Provide support and assistance to licensed producers.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records.
- Process and collect monthly payments.
- Deliver outstanding service to current and prospective clients.
- Resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or insurance-related roles preferred (but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other standard business software.
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Knowledge of insurance products or industry terms is helpful (training provided for the right candidate).
