This position is a Full Time, hourly role based out of our Nampa, Idaho office. The Customer Service Representative will assist in protecting the company's image and reputation, while providing excellent service and experiences to our customers.

- Pay Rate: $19 and up depending experience

- Handle, resolve, and document customer complaints and concerns
- Provide troubleshooting to customers where it is appropriate

- Process payments
- Maintain customer service databases
- High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of customer service software and databases
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
Salary : $19 - $22
