UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed PERSONAL ASSISTANTS (Direct Care Providers) for FULL -TIME shifts.

OVERLAND and FLORISSANT
THURSDAY 9AM-3PM (HB/)
FRIDAY 9AM-3PM (HB/E)
SATURDAY 9AM-3PM (HB/E)
SUNDAY 9AM - 9PM (WR/E)
(THIS IS A SET 30 Hour Weekly SCHEDULE)
Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
Follow medical orders and administer medications.
Assist with ADL's, Lift and Transfer (includes ceiling lifts, repositioning in wheelchair, etc), Adaptive Transportation.
Shift documentation using Set-Works and general housekeeping.
Will interact with family often. Please have a fun, outgoing and positive personality.
Most importantly, provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings

MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
- Valid Drivers’ license
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
- A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
THIS POSITION REQUIRES 5-7 DAYS OF MANDATORY TRAINING AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:15 PM

ALL UCP HEARTLAND SCHEDULES/SHIFTS ARE AWAKE SHIFTS
Thursday through Saturday 9AM-3PM and Sunday 9AM-9PM
