UCP Heartland is seeking a PART-TIME RESIDENTIAL DSP (Direct Support Professional)

CRESTWOOD
WEDNESDAY 9PM - 9AM
SATURDAY 9AM-3PM
18 Hours Weekly (RB/E)
- Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
- Follow medical orders and administer medications.
- Most importantly, provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings.
- Experience with Prader Willi Syndrome a plus

MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
- Valid Drivers’ license
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
- MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
