Wealth Manager
Under the general supervision of the Managing Director(s), the Wealth Manager provides personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, and comprehensive planning solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Leveraging expertise across tax and investment strategies, insurance, retirement planning, and alternative investment vehicles, the Wealth Manager evaluates each client’s unique financial situation and objectives to develop a tailored course of action.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual who understands that wealth management is not solely about growing assets, but about building meaningful, long-term relationships and supporting the overall financial well-being of individuals and families. The ideal candidate holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or is actively working toward obtaining it in the near future.
This role combines client service and business development, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and delivering high-quality financial planning support. The Wealth Manager partners closely with senior advisors and leadership to ensure clients receive exceptional care. By managing day-to-day client relationships and executing planning strategies for an assigned client segment, this role allows senior team members to focus on complex planning cases and new business development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Advise clients on investment, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and estate planning strategies.
· Demonstrate the ability or desire to grow the business through prospecting and relationship development.
· Prepare, interpret, and present financial information including investment performance reports, financial summaries, and income projections.
· Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine appropriate strategies for achieving financial objectives.
· Implement financial planning recommendations or coordinate with internal and external professionals for plan execution.
· Actively monitor financial markets and specific client holdings to ensure strategies remain aligned with client goals.
· Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding service expectations, portfolio performance, and planning milestones.
· Document all client interactions, notes, and follow-up tasks in Salesforce and ensure timely completion of commitments.
· Review client accounts regularly to identify the need for plan reassessment based on life changes, market conditions, or portfolio performance.
· Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to fully understand and support clients’ financial needs.
· Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and generate new business aligned with firm objectives.
· Participate in client and prospecting events as needed, occasionally outside of standard business hours.
Experience & Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).
· Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required or in progress.
· Series 65 or 66 license preferred.
· Additional credentials such as CFA, ChFC, CIC, or PFS are a plus.
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.

· Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential client information.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, Envestnet or comparable portfolio accounting systems, and financial planning software.
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
