What You’ll Do
- Serve as liaison between high-net-worth clients and our world-class advisors, delivering a professional and personalized experience
- Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client communication
- Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and suitability documentation
- Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters
- Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation
- Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long-term relationship management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
- Prior client-facing experience preferred
- Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related financial services roles
- Desire to pursue the CFP® designation
- Already a financial advisor or currently on a path toward an advisory role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
