Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install cleanroom systems including wall panels, ceilings, doors, and raised flooring systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications
- Install specialty materials such as aluminum framing systems, insulated metal panels (IMPs), and high-performance finishes
- Maintain strict compliance with cleanroom standards (ISO classifications, contamination control protocols)
- Perform layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly with precision tolerances
- Work collaboratively with other trades in high-tech construction environments
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and jobsite requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet cleanroom standards
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial carpentry required; cleanroom or high-tech facility experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and execute detailed finish work
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region if needed
- Must be eligible to join United Brotherhood of Carpenters
