What You'll Do
- Install, service, repair, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose heating and cooling system problems
- Install and service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and related equipment
- Perform HVAC replacements and installations
- Read and understand equipment specifications and installation requirements
- Perform sheet metal work and ductwork as needed
- Properly size, install, and connect HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience required
- Strong residential HVAC installation and service experience
- Experience with sheet metal and ductwork
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and customer-service skills
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other job-site conditions
- Must be dependable and able to work full-time
