What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow our Treasury Management strategy, products, and sales efforts
- Drive fee income and core deposit growth through prospecting, referrals, and portfolio development
- Partner closely with Commercial Lenders and Business Bankers on joint calls and relationship expansion
- Analyze customer cash flow needs and deliver smart solutions (ACH, Wires, RDC, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Sweeps)
- Oversee product performance, pricing, vendors, and system enhancements
- Coach and lead a high-performing Treasury team
- Ensure compliance while delivering a seamless, hometown customer experience
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years in Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Commercial/Business Banking
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Proven success in relationship-based sales and new business development
- Strong knowledge of treasury products and customer-facing solutions
