Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and internal teams by phone and email
- Support customer accounts, quotes, orders, and related sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and/or ERP systems
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, customer service, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
- Track customer requests, account updates, and support items with strong attention to detail
- Use Excel and Microsoft Office to manage reports, updates, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Provide general support to the sales team and help maintain a smooth customer experience
- Ensure information is accurate and up to date across systems
- Experience communicating with customers by phone and email
- Experience supporting orders, quotes, accounts, or related customer or sales processes
- Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience coordinating with internal teams to complete work and resolve issues
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
- Background in customer service, sales support, account coordination, sales support, or administrative support
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Organized and dependable
- Professional and responsive communicator
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
- Comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines
