Job Summary
United Backflow is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our Backflow Service business. The Sales Rep’s focus will be twofold; First, developing new opportunities and growing the business through customer engagement. Second, establishing a cohesive sales strategy to create a stable growth pipeline.
Qualifications
· 2-5 Years Experience in Fire Protection or Commercial Plumbing Sales
· Experience selling technical solutions through the contracting tier
· Experience with Fire Protection Companies, Site Managers, and Area Landlords
· Effective communication skills and ability to present before broad audiences
· Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit
· Professional oral, written, telephone and customer service skills
· Suitable time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and regulations
· Technical aptitude with understanding of drawings and codes
· Moderate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Excel
· Valid driver's license

· Wage Range: $40,000-$50,000 per year, plus 10% commission on initial sales

Responsibilities
· Establish Sales Program and stable growth pipeline
· Develop new business as emergent opportunities arise
· Identify areas of potential growth
· Generate opportunities to meet annual growth targets
· Provide accurate forecasts of activity and potential sales
· Train and integrate additional sales representatives into a cohesive business development strategy across government, commercial, and residential
· The Backflow Sales Rep’s focus will be on developing new opportunities via fire protection contractors, site managers, and area landlords
· Demonstrate strong prospecting skills and the ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
