Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of the sales division at United Auto Supply covering the Burnt Hills, Clifton Park, Long Island, Newburgh, Rotterdam & Yonkers locations.
- Manage and oversee daily/weekly quota requirements with sales representatives to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
- Utilize manufacturer representatives to ensure the sales team understands product knowledge on all product lines.
- Monitor quotas on existing accounts and identify new accounts for sales representatives.
- Oversee all sales representatives accounts receivable reports to ensure their accounts are in good standing.
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings/calls with sales representatives to actively grow business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
This position is a Monday- Friday in office position 7:00AM-5:00PM with remote accessibility on the weekends. Pay: $100,000-$120,000 BOE. (Plus commission)

Skills:
- Must have strong computer skills required, including ability to analyze spreadsheets, and sales reports.
- Must have strong managerial and communication skills Proven experience in sales, customer service, account management, and business development Ability to work in a highly competitive environment.
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively across multiple locations.
- Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and upselling strategies.
- Excellent account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Skilled in product demonstrations, technical presentations, negotiation tactics, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of territory management principles combined with analysis skills for market assessment.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs promptly and professionally.
- Effective communication skills suited for engaging diverse audiences across various channels.
