Title: Pediatric Clinical Director
Location: Hampton
Setting: Clinic Based
Hours: Flexible Ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week **Part-time employees are required to work afternoon hours (3pm-6pm) at least 1 to 2 days per week.
Compensation: $80,000 to $105,000

Responsibilities:
- Supervising and training other professionals, such as board-certified assistant behavior analysts (BCABAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
- Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for the children and their families
- Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction and in-service instruction to other support professionals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce manipulative behaviors.
- Provide ongoing support and training to direct support professionals, ABA implements, and other individuals in support roles for families. Staying current with new ABA techniques, methods, and findings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of LMHP or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriately, possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staff.
- Must have thorough knowledge of all state practice acts
