NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS:
$250 AFTER 90 DAYS
Additional $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS
AVAILABLE PROGRAM POSITIONS:
DAY SUPPORT: $15/Hour - 7 am - 3 pm / Mon-Fri & Some Weekends / Flexible schedules also available
RESIDENTIAL: $16.00/Hour
10 and 8-hour shifts are available, as are part-time hours. Flexible schedules are available, and weekends alternate
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: $14 /Hour - 8 am - 4 pm / Mon - Fri & Some Weekends / Flexible schedules also available
Duties:
- Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in the Day support, Residential setting, and Community.
- Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; insures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accord with person centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. If you are a caregiver, this is the position for you.
- Our Community Engagement and Community Coaching program gives individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities like training, volunteering, and other activities to build their independence and social skills
- REQUIREMENTS:
- ACTIVE AND UP TO DATE DRIVER'S LICENSE
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 Years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Special Ed, etc.
- DMV record and Social Security Card
- Must pass criminal background investigation
- Must be fully vaccinated
Salary : $14 - $16
