Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner directly with all members of the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, HR, and hiring managers to facilitate and support the hiring, pre-employment, and onboarding processes. This role will own the post-offer process with future employees, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage vendor relationships, pre-screens, background checks, referral tracking, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for candidate pre-hire processes, manage preboarding tasks, including submitting candidates for background checks and drug screens in compliance with legal standards and company policy.
  • Serve as point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Manage the entry of employees into onboarding systems like factory track, creating employee numbers, files, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with the creation and marketing of job postings on various platforms including social media.
  • Collaborate closely with candidates, leadership, and other stakeholders to coordinate resources and support logistical needs during the candidate onboarding process.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide information on the hiring, preboarding, and onboarding processes.
  • Implement and utilize recruitment software and tools to automate repetitive tasks such as employee data entry, communication with candidates, and general data management to improve overall efficiency.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Take charge of vendor relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and service quality.
  • Partner with recruiters on select roles to schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage interview logistics to ensure a seamless and captivating candidate experience.
  • Prepare and distribute employment related communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1 years of previous experience in a recruiting coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or ERP systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
