- Oversees Client Delivery across the enterprise.
- Engages with Sales & Sales Excellence, Marketing & Communications, Engineering & Product Development and other leaders to establish overall Client Delivery direction and ensure processes are in place for effective and efficient service delivery.
- Works cross-functionally to build a matrixed support structure and ensure provision of integrated services to meet complex client needs.
- Serves as subject matter expert for programs, systems and technologies within Unisys and for key external clients and stakeholders.
- Leverages strong relationships with engineering, product, marketing, sales, etc. to ensure information sharing and collaboration.
- Monitors the competition and industry for trends / changes in how client support is provided, adapting and applying, as appropriate, within the company.
