What success looks like in this role:
- Leads the efforts of a team of Unisys associates and/or contractors.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical issues and escalations.
- Analyzes requirements, creates test cases and maintains traceability.
- Communication, both written & verbal should be excellent.
- Knowledge inclined towards Azure & TFS Agile process and test leadership.
- Ability to create and maintain Test Strategy/Plan.
- Excellent governance process understanding.
- Experience on Web API, functional and performance testing.
- Experience with automated testing tools and creation of test harness.
- Experience with creation/automation of large dynamic test data set (and integration to data lakes) in a CI/CD environment for performance testing.
- Lead test team interaction with DevOps team to integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a broad range of application support, enterprise support or domain expertise.
