Warehouse Clerk Inbound & Outbound

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Clerk who excels in both inbound and outbound communications. This position requires a technology-savvy individual proficient in multitasking and capable of taking the initiative in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and demonstrate excellent attendance. Flexibility to work on weekends and nights is essential to meet our operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries and pickups
• Assist in the referral of customer inquiries and requests related to order fulfillment
• Perform regular stock checks and assist in data entry and reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and ensure operational efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Check in Drivers
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Excellent attendance record
• WMS & YMS
  
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience with inventory management software
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery
• Experience in a bilingual customer service role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices
