The AI & Robotics Support Associate plays a crucial role in optimizing warehouse operations by ensuring that AI and robotics systems function seamlessly to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Positioned at the intersection of technology and logistics, this role is vital in supporting the organization's drive to maintain a highly automated and efficient warehouse environment. This role bridges the gap between operational staff and the technical team, ensuring the right implementation and maintenance of robotic systems to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Assist in the daily operations and troubleshooting of AI and robotic systems to ensure uptime and efficiency in the warehouse.
  • 2. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements in robotic workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
  • 3. Monitor system performance and compile reports on system status and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • 4. Provide training and technical support to warehouse staff on the proper use and maintenance of AI and robotic systems.
  • 5. Participate in the evaluation and testing of new technologies to enhance operational capabilities in line with strategic business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2. Basic understanding of AI algorithms and robotic systems, with demonstrated coursework or practical experience.
  • 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1. Internship or project experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, emphasizing AI and robotics deployments.
  • 2. Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • 3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical staff effectively.

Salary : $25 - $26
