About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Director to lead our U.S. Parts & Service Center, driving operational excellence, parts sales growth, and warehouse optimization. The role is key in transforming traditional service models into digital and intelligent operations using apps, AI, and other technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage service, repair, parts sales, and warehouse teams. Set goals, optimize workflows, and drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Service System Optimization: Design and implement efficient, standardized service processes. Integrate digital tools to improve response times and problem resolution.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead adoption of intelligent management tools for service scheduling, inventory, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to improve operations.
  • Customer Issue Management: Establish rapid-response processes for major customer complaints and urgent service needs.
  • Parts Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow parts revenue and expand customer channels.
  • Warehouse & Supply Chain Oversight: Manage equipment, inventory, and merchandise stock. Optimize supply chains to reduce costs and ensure stable supply.
  • Cross-Time zone Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with headquarters in China, balancing schedules across time zones.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Management, IT, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in service or operations management, including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technical service, or parts sales is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and performance management skills.
  • Proficient in service process design, quality control, and digital transformation tools (apps, AI, IoT).
  • Experienced in customer complaint resolution, crisis management, and business development.
  • Skilled in warehouse and supply chain management.
  • Results-oriented, innovative, and able to work across time zones.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multicultural teams.

Pay: $76, $92,098.69 per year
