Position Overview
The Senior Director, Operations reports
directly to the CEO and is a key member of the executive team. This
leader drives excellence and process transformation across
non-technical Service Delivery, Billing Operations, employee
lifecycle activities, and vendor management. The Senior Director is
a peer to People Operations, VP Sales, Customer Success, Director of
Managed Services, Enterprise Services VP, and the CMO—collaborating
to enable operational excellence and enterprise value throughout
Intras Cloud Services.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead
business operations governance, process standardization, and
continuous improvement for Service Delivery (excluding technical
operations).
• Direct ownership of quote-to-cash workflow,
including order processing, invoicing, dispute resolution, KPI
reporting, and root-cause analysis—excluding all tax and cash
management duties.
• Partner with People Operations to design,
implement, and optimize best-in-class employee onboarding and
offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency,
and a superior employee experience.
• Oversee the complete
vendor management lifecycle—including vendor selection,
onboarding, compliance/program adherence, performance
evaluation, contract renewals, and offboarding—to ensure
operational reliability and alignment with business goals.
• Drive
operational requirements and enhancements across Zoho ERP, CRM,
and business automation tools, working cross-functionally to
maintain effective platform solutions.
• Maintain billing
controls, audit documentation, and partner closely with all
functional peers to eliminate bottlenecks and continuously
enhance operational effectiveness.
• Represent Operations
at the executive level, proactively contributing to company
strategy, cross-departmental reviews, and special
initiatives.
Requirements
• 8–10 years'
experience in business operations leadership spanning service delivery,
billing, employee lifecycle, and/or vendor management, preferably in SaaS,
cloud, or enterprise IT.
• Demonstrated
ability to lead end-to-end quote-to-cash, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor
governance processes.
• Advanced
working knowledge of Zoho ERP, CRM, and other integrated business automation
tools; proven ability to drive platform-based operational improvements.
• Strong
cross-team communication, process governance, and executive collaboration
skills.
• Bachelor's
degree in business, operations, HR, or a related discipline (master's
preferred).
