Industrial Maintenance Electrician – 1st Shift
Stoughton, WI
Uniroyal Engineered Products is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support our manufacturing plant in Stoughton, WI.
Our facility produces vinyl-coated fabrics for automotive and specialty applications and operates a wide range of equipment including coating lines, presses, embossers, pumps, motors, and process machinery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing equipment problems, and keeping older industrial equipment running reliably.
Maintenance technicians with strong electrical experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Shift:
1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Schedule may vary based on maintenance needs)
Pay based on experience. Maintenance electricians encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and machine controls
• Diagnose issues with motors, drives, starters, relays, and control circuits
• Work with PLC-controlled equipment and assist with controls troubleshooting
• Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Support repairs on pumps, blowers, presses, embossers, and coating machines
• Assist with mechanical maintenance and equipment repairs as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in industrial maintenance or maintenance electrician role
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose control circuits
• Experience with motors, drives, contactors, and PLC equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with general maintenance
• Welding or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
