We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
The ideal candidate is flexible with work hours, open to learning, and optionally has experience in sales. Responsibilities include photographing customers' irises, explaining the process, handling customer relations and communication, and producing the final products on-site.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Proficiency in using a cash register
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies
