About The Program
We offer a 12-week paid internship program, beginning May 18 th , 2026 to August 6 th , 2026. Our Future Forward Intern will help gain experience and exposure to international markets and clients. They will play a crucial role in promoting luxury Caribbean destinations and knowledge in business services to succeed in an organization. The 28 weekly hours for the program are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Test and Improve Our Internal AI Assistant
- Stress-test internal AI systems and identify improvement areas
- Design better prompts and workflows
- Document best practices and edge cases
- Suggest new departmental use cases
- Build AI Automations and Agents
- Design and prototype AI-powered workflows using tools such as:
- n8n
- Microsoft Copilot
- Rovo AI
- ChatGPT or Claude
- Build internal AI agents for departmental use cases including HR, Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Connect tools through APIs and automation platforms
- Iterate based on real-world feedback
- Research and Evaluate New AI Tools
- Explore emerging AI platforms and automation frameworks
- Compare capabilities, costs, and scalability
- Run pilot experiments
- Provide structured recommendations to the AI Department
- Enable and Educate Teams
- Help colleagues identify AI opportunities in their workflows
- Create simple guides and playbooks
- Host demos or small enablement sessions
- Support responsible and effective AI usage across the organization

Qualifications Include
- Junior or Senior student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
- Possess genuine excitement about AI and automation.
- Be curious, experimental, and proactive in a workplace setting.
- Have a strong problem-solving mindset while being comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Experience using tools such as:
- n8n
- Microsoft Copilot
- Rovo AI
- ChatGPT or Claude
- Experience building AI workflows, agents, or automations
- Familiarity with APIs or integrations
- Basic coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript, not required
- Experience documenting processes or training others
