Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Warehouse & Customer Service Representative to manage both our physical inventory operations and support our customer communications. You will spend your time split between ensuring precise order fulfillment in the warehouse and providing top-tier support to our e-commerce customers via phone and chat.
Key Responsibilities
-Warehouse & Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce and marketplace orders for shipment.
- Prepare bulk merchandise and truck shipments using proper packing materials.
- Verify inbound inventory for accuracy and safely store it away.
- Operate a forklift to move stock (no prior certification required; we will train).
- Engrave specialized tools and perform basic preventative maintenance on the engraving equipment.
- Deliver packages to USPS and FedEx drop-off locations as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy warehouse environment.
-Inventory & Pricing Management
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and proactively initiate resupply orders.
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile data with our software database.
- Audit and update e-commerce stock levels within our inventory tracking system.
- Log and upload shipping tracking details into the customer database.
- Research competitor pricing online and propose strategic pricing updates.
-Customer Support & Office Operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer service inquiries.
- Monitor live web chats to assist online shoppers in real time.
- Manually enter customer orders directly into the company database.
- Process product returns efficiently and manage customer credits.
- Conduct outbound courtesy calls to clients regarding past-due invoices.

- Adaptability: Comfortable switching tasks between a warehouse setting and an office desk.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to comfortably learn and navigate inventory software and databases.
- Communication: Clear, friendly verbal and written skills for handling phone calls and live chats.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy boxes, and handle physical labor daily.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy when counting inventory and reviewing data.
- Reliability: Valid driver's license for making local courier and mail drops.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
