This role is a launchpad—offering hands-on exposure to leasing, sales, basic underwriting, and marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The right candidate is organized, sharp in business writing, and ready to take on new challenges.
Key Qualifications
- Newly licensed or currently pursuing a Colorado Real Estate License
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting (phone email) and consistent follow-up
- Strong communication skills (verbal written) and professional business writing
- Familiarity with (or interest in learning) commercial real estate terminology and documentation
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Sales-minded with a client-service approach
- Comfortable presenting information and supporting proposals/marketing materials
About the Role
You’ll work closely with senior brokers and gain real-time exposure to active deals, property tours, marketing campaigns, and client negotiations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business by participating directly in it.
