Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage moving crews on job sites
- Ensure all truck, safety, and company policies are followed at all times
- Perform and document pre-trip inspections on all vehicles
- Oversee job execution from start to finish (loading, transport, unloading)
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Ensure crew members follow proper procedures, care standards, and efficiency expectations
- Problem-solve on the spot and make decisions without needing constant direction
- Protect company equipment, trucks, and customer property
- Set the tone for professionalism, attitude, and work ethic
- Previous moving or labor leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset
- Ability to take initiative and run a job without being micromanaged
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication skills with both crew and customers
- Physically capable of handling the demands of moving (lifting, stairs, long days)
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
