What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Unique Installations, Inc.?
Unique Installation is seeking part time office help for our office in Joshua, TX. Our office will be moved to Cleburne in the coming months.
Unique is a garage door installation company providing installs for The Home Depot. This can be a very fast past office at times, requiring paperwork to be processed, uploading documents, sending out orders, and receiving calls from The Home Depot, Customers, Installers and Clopay (The Garage Door Manufacturer)
The applicant must have office experience, be very organized, able to solve problems with customers and the stores as they arise. Will need to be very organized and able to multitask. Quickbooks experience would be a plus but would be willing to train the right candidate.
You will work 10:00 - 5:00, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but could have some flexibility on hours. If the work load increases during promotions, there may be times that you will be required to work extended hours to complete the daily work.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
