Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Southlake, TX, for an Intelligent Assistant. The Intelligent Assistant will deliver exceptional administrative and customer service by answering and routing phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing calendar systems, and supporting client services. Additional responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, maintaining office and conference room organization, and handling various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
