RNs needed for SOC, RCT and Supervisory Visits. LPNs needed for early morning, evening visits and weekends (some skilled and some med pass).

Job Responsibilities Include:
. Medication administration and providing patient medical needs.
· Traveling to patient’s homes for Skilled Nursing Visits.
· Managing the Patient’s care and needs through home care visits.
· Following current nursing professional standards of practice and agency approved protocols for home health care.
· Being a good resource for your patient and their family.
Requirements:
· Current Nursing License in the state of Ohio or Michigan
· CPR
· Clean Background Check.
