What You’ll Do:
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional independence
Implement individualized treatment plans in a SNF/LTC setting
Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For in a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) :
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Pennsylvania
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, energetic attitude
