Uniontown Cooperative Association (UCA) is seeking reliable, hard-working candidates to join our team for the upcoming harvest season. We are a locally owned agricultural cooperative handling soft white wheat, hard red winter wheat, garbanzo beans, peas, lentils, canola, and barley.
We are hiring for seasonal roles at our main Uniontown, WA location (just 15 minutes from Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and Clarkston). No prior experience is necessary; in-house safety and operational training will be provided. An agricultural background is preferred but not required.
Scale & Probe Operator
- Duties: Operating the truck scale, greeting drivers, utilizing mechanical probes to take accurate grain samples, performing basic grading and testing of commodities, and basic data entry. Pace and accuracy are paramount in this position.
- Physical Requirements: Must be detail-oriented, comfortable with basic computer operation, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while standing/sitting.
Schedule & Hours:
- Typical Harvest Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday; 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Sundays.
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts. Open availability required during peak harvest.

- Must have reliable transportation to the Uniontown, WA location.
