We are seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to support classroom instruction, work with small groups of students, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom instruction under the direction of the teacher
- Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Assist with reading, writing, and academic activities
- Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
- Monitor students in various settings (classroom, playground, etc.)
- Provide clerical and instructional support to teachers
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One of the following
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with elementary students (K–1 preferred)
- Experience supporting behavior and small group instruction
- 60 college credits, OR Passing score on Paraprofessional Praxis Exam
