Role Description

The Field Support Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating solutions and offering guidance to optimize Union's tools and services in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Field Support and hands-on problem-solving in operational environments
- Strong experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
