Job Summary:
This full-time, year-round position is responsible for providing program coordination and administrative support to the McAfee School of Business graduate programs.

Essential Job Duties:
- Serve hospitably as the point of contact for students, faculty, and other campus inquiries.
- Process graduate students through systems after initial acceptance and admission.
- Advise graduate students on curriculum maps and assist with registration.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively to students on crucial matters (e.g. registration processes, add/drop dates, financial aid/tuition reimbursement, graduation requirements).
- Manage probation and suspension letters and tuition reimbursement processes.
- Distribute and collect student exit surveys.
- Assist with McAfee School of Business events (e.g. social activities, student workshops, Faith in the Marketplace, Graduate and Awards Ceremony).
- Design and create forms, curriculum maps, and other materials as needed.
- Perform daily clerical responsibilities (e.g. maintaining supplies for the department, collecting and distributing mail, submitting facilities work orders).
- Prepare graduation audits for approval by the director.
- Submit recommended website updates to the director.
- Submit recommended catalogue changes to the director.
- Assist director with course schedule forecasting based on enrollment data.
- Support the Graduate Admissions office in prospecting and recruiting graduate students (e.g. on-site visits to Middle and West Tennessee businesses, hosting regional recruiting receptions, attending community events, online recruitment).
- Assist the dean with student scholarship processes and course scheduling.
- Assist the Director of Graduation at the university’s graduation ceremonies.
- Assist students and instructors within the department as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent is required. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills. Must have the ability to follow through on tasks in a timely manner with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants with a bachelor’s degree or higher and prior experience in administrative roles.
