Union Special, LLC, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Using hand and power tools to install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
- Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems
- Performing regular maintenance checks, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, and checking fluid levels
- Repairing CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers
- Determining what maintenance is required and performing preventative maintenance (PM) on various types of machines
- Tracking and documenting PM reports and downtime
- Reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Programming skills: For CNC machinery operation
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blue prints
- Organized and Detailed Oriented
- Problem-solving abilities: For diagnosing and rectifying machine malfunctions or deviations in product specifications
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work
- Ability to communicate any issues or problems to upper management while also being able to work with other staff members to get a particular job completed
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
