We are searching for a Program Specialist to play a vital role in supporting our students. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing our students with the best possible educational experience. As the Program Specialist, some of your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the development and implementation of effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with exceptional needs. - Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to develop and implement instructional strategies that meet the unique needs of each student. - Providing ongoing support to teachers and staff members to ensure that they have the resources and skills needed to effectively educate students with exceptional needs. - Conducting assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of IEPs and the progress of students with exceptional needs. - Participating in the development and implementation of new programs and services for students with exceptional needs. - Working collaboratively with parents and families to ensure that they are actively involved in their child's education. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to special education. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in special education or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience working in special education.
