Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Valid Washington State Physical Therapy license.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic, sports, and spine rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
