What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Renew Physical Therapy?
Looking for a clinic where you can build a meaningful long-term career, develop specialty interests, and feel genuinely supported by your team? Renew Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing South Seattle team.
We are a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice focused on high-quality, individualized care and building a workplace where clinicians can thrive both professionally and personally. This position is ideal for a PT with outpatient experience who is passionate about developing specialty interests such as pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion care, bike fitting, manual therapy, mentorship, and clinical education.
At Renew, we believe clinicians should have the autonomy, support, and time needed to become exceptional providers without burning out in a high-volume corporate environment. We are intentional about creating collaborative clinic cultures where people feel valued, connected, and excited to contribute long term.
Why Join Renew?
45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions: No double-booking or rushing between patients. You’ll have the time to provide individualized care and build meaningful patient relationships.
Support for specialty development: Whether your interests include pelvic health, vestibular rehab, concussion care, bike fitting, manual therapy, or becoming a clinical instructor, we want to help you continue growing your niche and advancing your career.
A collaborative and supportive team culture: We value mentorship, communication, and teamwork. Our clinics prioritize creating calm, welcoming environments where clinicians support one another instead of competing for productivity numbers.
Leadership and growth opportunities: We are looking for clinicians who want to actively contribute to clinic culture, participate in program development, mentor students or newer clinicians, and continue building professionally.
Flexible scheduling with built-in documentation time: We prioritize sustainable schedules and healthy work-life balance because excellent patient care starts with supported clinicians.
Continuing education support: We actively invest in continuing education and specialty training so our clinicians can continue pursuing the areas they are most passionate about.
A meaningful impact on the community: Our clinics serve diverse South Seattle communities, and we are passionate about creating inclusive and welcoming spaces for both patients and staff.
Our Core Values
Service & Community: We are committed to serving our patients, coworkers, and community with compassion, inclusivity, and integrity.
