RN Details
Essential Job Duties:
- Assessment: Conducts thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and discharge planning considerations.
- Planning: Collaborates on care plans, engages patients/families in goal setting.
- Implementation: Assists with patient care, respects rights, responds to emergencies, and educates patients.
- Evaluation: Applies rationale based on principles and seeks help to prevent errors.
- Professional Conduct: Demonstrates knowledge, maintains self-evaluation, follows policies, and participates in education and goal setting.
Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have active IN RN license
- Must have active BLS certification with AHA
- RN experience preferred
License/Certification:
- Active IN RN license
- Active BLS certification
