Cook I job details:
Essential Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently for various meal periods and special events.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Utilize classical cooking techniques, operate kitchen equipment, and manage food production requirements.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines while performing kitchen duties.
Qualifications:
- Prior Cook experience required.
- Theraputic diet and allergy experience.
- Standardized recipe experience.
- Varied schedule to meet the demands of the department.
