JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Bookkeeper/Client Services representative will maintain information through departmental computerized accounting software to manage user accounts. This position will assist the program sites and central services staff with administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1.Manages all transactions associated with the department accounting software to ensure timely and accurate payment of tuition associated with the enrollment of students in the program. Balance, compile and distribute year-end statements to parents for tax purposes.
2.Provides effective customer service to parent with regard to questions, concerns, reimbursement or payment/refund needs.
3.Perform on-site audit for sites on periodic basis
