Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $18/hour
After-School Required Availability: Starting August 25th, Monday-Thursday 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm, and Friday 12:30 - 6:30 pm.

What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, active games and activities with elementary-age kids
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere every day
- Encourage teamwork, focus, and confidence through play and movement
- Support other coaches in transitions, setup, and daily routines
- Drive one of our vans to pick up kids from school

What We’re Looking For
At least 21 years old with a super-clean driving record
- Reliable, energetic, and coachable—you bring the incredible attitude, we’ll bring the skills
- Experience with kids is a plus (camp, sports coaching, childcare, education, etc.)
- Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screening
- Must have a smartphone or computer for team communication
- Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work
