What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk/Confidential Assistant to School Business Administrator position at Union Beach Board of Education?
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- School business office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of Systems 3000 computer system and software preferred Proficiency in word processing and excel spreadsheets.
- Knowledge/experience in bank reconciliations, GAAP budgeting, GASB and the audit process preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrate organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional requirements and experience as deemed appropriate by the Union Beach Board of Education.
SALARY: $40,000 - $48,000 (Eligible for single coverage health benefits until tenure)
