As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team.Position SummaryAs a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you'll work directly with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions for home, auto, renters, and other personal insurance products. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, educating clients, and delivering outstanding service that exceeds expectations.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Recommend and sell appropriate personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies
- Provide policy quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients in the application process
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company procedures
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and carriers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
