Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain front desk appearance by organizing waiting areas, reception supplies, and promotional materials
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills such as typing, proofreading, and filing documents electronically or physically
- Support office management tasks including filing, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide administrative support such as copying, scanning, and organizing documents for various departments
- Support team members with personal assistant tasks or calendar management as required
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to office policies at all times
Experience
