Are you friendly, organized, and love being the face of a buzzing beauty environment? Fly Trimm Hair Studio is looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team!

Your Role Includes:

  • Logging client appointments with accuracy and ease
  • Taking payments and handling the register
  • Checking and tracking inventory for salon supplies
  • Answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all clients

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Experienced with basic computer systems and social media
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced salon environment
  • Reliable and professional in appearance and communication

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
  • Maintain appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and managing reminders.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles is advantageous.
