Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using inventory management software and RF scanners
Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery
Maintain precise inventory records through data entry in Warehouse
Ensure compliance with shipping logistics standards, trade regulations, and international trade requirements when applicable
Collaborate with warehouse distribution teams to organize stock stocking, order fulfillment, and packaging processes
Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to uphold stock accuracy and support inventory management goals
Assist in optimizing warehouse operations by utilizing basic math skills for measurements, quantities, and calculations related to order picking and packing
Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or inventory management software usage
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, order fulfillment, and stock control
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and verifying quantities during packing or loading processes
Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively
Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance standards, international trade regulations, and safety procedures in warehouse environments
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
