What you’ll do:
- Work the Plant Floor and lead a team to operate a variety of different manufacturing equipment including batching systems, mixers, concrete press, advanced concrete processing machines, packaging equipment and forklift operation
- Quality control during all phases of the production process
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Assist maintenance employees with simple tasks to maintain equipment
- Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in specified work areas
- Participate within a team approach and family work environment that delivers excellence
- Create products that enrich and improve the lives of our customers

Skills and Requirements:
- Working knowledge of machine operations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Computer and Communication Skills
- Ability to train, coach and motivate a team of individuals to achieve pre-determined goals
- Impeccable Safety Record and working knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations
- Fundamental understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Basic knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot the following:
- Electrical Systems
- Hydraulic Systems
- Pneumatic Systems
- Basic ability to read prints/schematics of the following types
- Electrical
- Hydraulic
- Pneumatic
- Structural
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
Experience
- 3 years: Working Supervisor in a Manufacturing environment - Preferred
Education
- High School Equivalent or higher - Preferred
- Technical/other training or higher – Preferred
